The families set their sights on finding vacant land in the South where they could create neighboring homesteads. Their vision was specific – two separate properties where each family could establish their own space while remaining just steps away from their dearest friends.

Land on the Horizon hired a professional surveyor to divide the original 5-acre parcel into two equal lots. We also navigated the county requirements and paperwork necessary to legally create two separate properties from the original parcel.

Thanks to Land on the Horizon's efforts, the Tugers and Gardners were able to purchase their respective properties simultaneously and at identical prices.
